Make and break Up - or with less stress!

Have you noticed how many pairs of large-scale are dislocated recently? Last week, I saw that Christina Aguilera and Courtney Cox saw their marriages end and it was difficult to move a few days in a row without seeing Jenny McCarthy in the media talk about his bursting with Jim Carrey. Susan Sarandon is also quite a bit about his 2009 separated from Tim Robbins, partner of 23 years, and last week, I learned that two stars in one of my favorite shows, The Big Bang Theory, had secretly been dating from about two years, but have now broken up. People break out all the time, but it seems there are several failures of prestige in the news lately.

I assume that this shouldn't be a surprise - maintain a healthy and sustainable relationship can be a challenge! Need more love and commitment. It requires a set of competencies (which must be developed from the outset, and later learned by those who were not born in families who could easily teach them), and a bit of luck. Fortunately, I can point you at the same time! Some relationship skills demonstrated very important in maintaining healthy, lasting relationships. For example, be able to manage conflict without killing your partner is a skill. communicate your needs and really listen to the needs of your partner is another important skill.
